River Barrow Search – Carlow – 7th – 9th February 2014

Carlow and Kilkenny Civil Defence units reactivated the search of the River Barrow for a woman reported missing since Friday 31st January in Carlow town.

A total of 22 Civil Defence personnel were deployed over the course of the weekend. Five boats, five 4WD Vehicles and one Minibus were utilised during the search operation.

Unfortunately for the second weekend the search proved unsuccessful.
