Kerry – Storm Brian, 21st October

20 Kerry Civil Defence members were mobilised to Kerry CD Headquarters at 5am on Saturday morning, 21st October. Command & Control was set up and the Welfare Unit provided meals throughout the day.  4 x 4WD Vehicles were utilised as monitored patrols were deployed in the Tralee area at designated flood risk areas. Sandbags were distributed on request. Civil Defence Officer, Tom Brosnan attended Senior Management Crisis Team Tele Conferences on updates.
