Major Emergency Exercise, Waterford

On Saturday 6th June a Major Emergency Exercise was conducted at Waterford Airport Business Park to test the effectiveness of emergency response procedures, inter-agency coordination, communication systems, and resource deployment arrangements. The exercise involved personnel from Waterford Civil Defence, The National Ambulance Service, Order of Malta Ireland Waterford & Tramore units, Irish Coast Guard Dunmore and Tramore units.
