4. Manual handling principles and techniques
5. Planning and design of manual handling training programmes
6. Delivery of manual handling training
Each participant is required to undertake a three part assessment. The assessment consists of a theory examination, presentation / instruction of manual handling techniques and a written assignment. All three assessments require a minimum mark to successfully complete the programme.
