Avian Influenza Workshops 2019

The Avian Influenza Workshop season got underway on Friday last 8th November. The Department of Agriculture & Food are hosting a series of workshops. Civil Defence is included in the Avian Influenza Emergency Plan and volunteers have attended workshops in Wexford, Sligo and Loughrea to date with a further two workshops scheduled for Newbridge and Mallow.

Members from Galway, Roscommon, Clare and Westmeath Ballinasloe & Galway attended the Loughrea workshop on Monday 11th November.
