PHTLS (Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support) Course Sligo

Sligo Civil Defence hosted a Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Course in Sligo which commenced in January and culminated in March with Medicall in attendance to examine all 21 attendees Volunteers from as far away as Limerick attended lectures and practical sessions every 2 weeks. Thanks to Michael Mc Donagh PHECC Assistant Tutor  / Sligo Civil Defence volunteer who co-ordinated the course together with Derek Nolan Advanced Paramedic, Tom Connaughton Adv. Paramedic

All attendees were successful and Sligo Civil Defence volunteers were presented with their certificates  by An Cathaoirleach Martin Baker at our annual presentation night held on April 30th
