Dublin Civil Defence was activated by Dublin City Council at 4am on Wednesday morning 23rd January to assist in the evacuation of 70 elderly persons following a fire at a Nursing Home in Glin Court, Friarswood. Laois Flooding – January 2018

Laois Civil Defence teams were activated on Sunday 21st January to assist with flood water monitoring and distribution of sand bags across areas where water levels were particularly high.
