A first ever Community, Health, Well Being and Youth Forum was hosted by Sean Mac Cumhaills GAA Club in the Villa Rose Hotel, Ballybofey on Saturday 23^rd February 2019.

Donegal Civil Defence were among the 50 exhibitors who support young and old with all the information, advice and practical support you will ever need to stay healthy, active and well in mind, body and soul, reminding us all that physical and mental health are intrinsically linked.

Volunteers Jackie McCrudden, Paidin Doherty, Phonsie Mc Ateer, Trazita Sharkey and Paul Dunnion represented Civil Defence at the event and demonstrated CPR and the use of the Defibrillator to young and old alike.
