Wicklow Search

On Sunday 11th June Wicklow Civil Defence was activated by An Garda Síochána for assistance with a major search along the Military Road in Co Wicklow. The unit was assisted by the Dublin Civil Defence search dog ” Max” along with handler Michael O’ Sullivan. From Early Monday morning the search resumed with members of the Garda Regional Search Unit, Garda Water Unit & members of the Defence Forces.

The search which received extensive media coverage was successful and while still in progress it has been scaled down since midweek.
