Tipperary Civil Defence – Search & Rescue Operation

On Wednesday evening 26^th October Tipperary Civil Defence was tasked by An Garda Síochána to assist with the search for a missing person in the Nenagh area. The unit responded with ground search teams and a K9 team. The Civil Defence crews returned to the search area on Thursday 27^th October with ground, K9 and Drone teams. Thankfully the search was stood down following a positive outcome. Also assisting in the inter-agency search were, Killaloe Coast Guard, An Garda Síochána, Rescue 115 and Rescue 117.
