Missing Persons Searches – Cork City

Cork City and Cork North Civil Defence volunteers assisted in the search for three missing persons over the course of the weekend.

On Saturday a Swiftwater team assisted An Garda Síochána searching three specific areas of water for the body of the first reported missing person.

On Saturday and Sunday Boat and Shore teams conducted an additional search of the River Lee for two further people reported missing.

The searches are ongoing.
