Meath – Search for Missing Person

Meath Civil Defence assisted An Garda Síochána in the search for a man reported missing from Dunderry, Co Meath. The search which was ongoing since Saturday 4th April resulted in the recovery of the body of the missing man from the River Boyne on Saturday 18th April. Civil Defence boat crews searched the River Boyne and land based Civil Defence search teams searched the surrounding areas for the duration of the search. The Dublin K9 Unit utilising Max, the search dog also assisted in the search.
