Kilkenny Civil Defence – Assistance to ESB Networks

On Tuesday morning, 4^th October Kilkenny Civil Defence was tasked to assist ESB Networks who reported power lines down in the Talbots Inch area of Kilkenny City and along the River Nore. The Boat and Swiftwater Team succeeded in getting the fallen power line into the Civil Defence Boat and across the river to the ESB crew.
