Kerry – Flood Relief Efforts

Following incessant overnight rain which has continued into the daylight hours, Kerry Civil Defence was deployed on Tuesday 4^th October to the Caherciveen area with 300 filled sandbags and two jeeps. A further 500 sandbags have been deployed to Portmagee. A total of 16 volunteer members are assisting in the flood relief efforts.
