Code of Practice – July 2023

The Tánaiste and Minister for Defence Micheál Martin TD made Code of Practice Regulations SI 371 of 2023 in accordance with section 10 (1) of the Civil Defence Act 2023.

The Regulations, which consolidates the Code of Conduct and the Volunteer Policy came into effect on 19th July.
