Old Fort Quarter Festival – Portlaoise

For this year’s festival season, Laois Civil Defence partnered with the Climate Action Team in Laois County Council with their “Green Your Festival” project to help with reduce our environmental impact on events we support. At this years Old Fort Quarter festival the Laois Civil Defence medical tent was powered by a battery storage system charged from renewal sources removing the need for diesel powered generators.
