Director General, Bill Smith visited the Fingal Unit of Dublin Civil Defence on Thursday 11th July to view some recent developments in Civil Defence in the area. Mr Smith visited the Control Centre at County Hall and the incident Control Unit vehicle which is operated by Civil Defence crews. Mr Smith then toured the new Civil Defence base at Swords which includes Toilets, Showers, Canteen, Classroom and storage space for 8 vehicles.
