Limerick City Regional Competitions 30/05/2010
Limerick City Regional Competitions took place in the Limerick Docks area on Sunday, May 30th 2010.
Participating Local Authorities Limerick County, Clare, Tipperary North and Tipperary South.
The days proceedings started at 10am with the Footdrill site where the 4 teams participated during the first hour. The teams had 4 remaining tasks to complete which included Rescue, Casualty, AFS/Pump Site and a skill site. The day was completed by an Avian Flu demonstration. After a very close competition, Tipperary North were the winners.
On site catering was provided by Cork City Civil Defence Welfare and dinner afterwards was held in Scotts, South Circular Road.
